Der EDÖB steht mit den fraglichen Praxen in Kontakt und erwartet, dass die betroffenen Patientinnen und Patienten umfassend informiert werden. Der Vorfall ist ein erneuter Hinweis darauf, dass die besonders schützenswerten Gesundheitsdaten in der Schweiz ungenügend geschützt sind.
